FAQ: adaptation, personal use and republishing

Short and clear: what you may do with the skills, where the line is, and what to do when in doubt.

Can I adapt a skill for myself?
Yes. You may change tone, language, audience, examples and output format in your local copy so the skill fits your workflow. That adapted version stays with you or inside your team workspace.
What exactly counts as personal use?
Personal use means running the skill in your own working environment – for your own content, client projects and internal processes. What is not allowed is turning the skill itself into a product: reselling it, bundling it into a paid offer, or distributing it as your own download.
Can I republish a modified version?
No. The BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence does not allow distributing derivatives. Adapted versions stay private. You may share the skill unchanged as long as you credit Roger Basler de Roca and link to skills.fragroger.ai.
Can I use the outputs commercially?
Yes. The texts, images or documents your agent produces with the skill are yours and may be used commercially. The restriction applies only to the skill file itself.
What about teams and agencies?
The skill may live in a shared repository inside your organisation and be used by colleagues. Handing it to clients as part of a deliverable or as a standalone service is not covered.
I need more – how do I get a commercial licence?
Reselling, white-labelling or embedding the skill in a product requires a separate agreement. Get in touch via ki-power.me.
